Heavy Metal Toxicity

THE HEAVY METAL CONNECTION

Lyme, Autism, Chronic Fatigue, Thyroid Supression

Lyme Disease and several other bacteria may be effected by the amount of mercury in the body.  Mercury or other heavy metals create a burdeon on the body making it more difficult to heal from Lyme Disease.  Mercury gas is released from silver dental fillings, which promotes an increase in antibiotic and mercury resistant bacteria growth in the mouth and gut.

The position of the American Dental Association (ADA) is that silver amalgams (which contain 50 % mercury) are not harmful to have in our mouthes.  The ADA holds the patent on silver amalgam, and it would not be in their best interest to indicate that their position is incorrect.  Some dentists do not agree with the ADA's position and believe mercury in fillings is highly toxic.  These dentists generally do not practice mainstream denistry, but practice "biological" dentistry.  Mercury also gets into the body via vaccinations (thimerosol).

There are other metals that can become toxic when levels in the body are too high.  Lead, copper, cadmium, arsenic, bismuth, to name a few, may cause toxicities that effect the brain, heart, and endocrine systems.  A physician explained to me, that exposure to lead from paints, gasoline, chemical plants, becomes deposited in the bone and as we age, bone turnover increases releasing the lead in large amounts, into our tissues and bloodstream.

The following is a comprehensive protocol for treating metal toxicity from mercury exposure and mercury amalgams, by Dietrich Klinghardt of Seattle, WA.
